Why has my Ex bought expensive tickets for the school ball?

When he has refused to pay school fee's for years.

Took me to court to remove the DC from the school.

Refuses to pay maintenance or for any extra ciriculum for the DC?

The tickets are over £100 and he has bought tickets to go for him and GF? They also live hours away so chances of them going are slim and he refuses to come to where we live to see the DC insisting I must take them to him?

Is this just to wind me up - just bizarre?

Hopefully you will get a different judge next time. Have you got someone to who can go in with you?

well funny enough the judge is married to a man and very pro Fathers (openly) although he did try to help me to some extent.

When we divorced he emptied all the bank accounts and said he spent the money (it was ALOT - meant to buy house with it as we had lived overseas all our married life and had nothing here) consequently the judge could not award me anything because he had NOTHING (on paper). But had hidden it. Judge asked me if i could prove where and as i couldn't he got away with it!

So no assets in his name, wasn't working, or works overseas so no maintenance. It has been very stressful he literally knows every trick in the book!! He is proud and brags to people that he got away with it!! People are disgusted but he doesn't see it??

He has basically used to the court to continue to bully me - he doesn't want the children I no longer chase him for money I just want him to go away but then he does all these weird things like buy ball tickets even though he can't go? Just won't go away if that makes sense but he is just a nuisance.

Maybe because he knows it will freak you out and it's him with the control and power again 😕
