Do (m)any of you have an aesthetic preference for circumcised?

(Sorry my last post was inappropriate--I'd forgotten about all of you at work.)

I'm curious to gather opinions on this, as I'm scheduled to have the 'op. gulp

OP posts:
Sorelip · 22/09/2011 18:41

Not really bothered either way. And I never got the cleanliness thing, if someone is a dirty bugger it's going to be nasty down there either way, isn't it?

Mouseface · 22/09/2011 18:44

at 'saggy skin'

TheCrackFox · 22/09/2011 18:46

I've never even seen a circumsised cock. I have also never shagged someone who didn't have a shower every day so don't really get the "clean" argument either.

OP - I am assuming that you are having the operation because of medical need so it doesn't really matter what women prefer. If they like/love you then they will also like/love your cock (really most women aren't that shallow and if they are that shallow then just dump them) and good luck with your operation.

lolaflores wins the prize for the very best turn of phrase on the thread, for sure :o

2rebecca · 22/09/2011 20:36

Have had both, it really doesn't matter. Help with the kids and housework and shower before you come to bed.

SingOut · 22/09/2011 20:44

Aesthetically I think they are equally nice, and certainly different to handle but don't really have a preference. However, I much much prefer cut when giving a blow job Grin That's just me though, and no way is a cock going to be a deal breaker unless it is very very over or undersized. HTH :)

Mouseface · 22/09/2011 20:46

So OP..... how do you feel about the results so far?

billysolloxx · 22/09/2011 20:49

it IS cleaner, u get more feeling not less and theres less chance of catching std's from a circumsised person than an uncircumsised person.
Less painfull infections too.

madmomma · 22/09/2011 20:53

had both & love 'em all. Just do what you want.

scarlett - like a windsock? Grin

whackamole · 22/09/2011 20:56

billy - did you have the op in adulthood then?

I prefer uncut. But really not all that bothered TBH.

pantaloons · 22/09/2011 20:58

Bit off track, but dh has no foreskin, I once asked his Mum why he had been circumcised and she said he never had been!

So where the heck did the bugger go?!?! Hmm?!?

pointythings · 22/09/2011 21:52

DH is American so he is modified and I have to say his is very nice to look at (and play with). I do think cut is better for BJs, but it wouldn't be a deal breaker either way.

beatenbyayellowteacup · 22/09/2011 21:56

Have to say cut. I was an old bugger in my 30s before I saw an uncut one and I wasn't sure what do with it all. I soon worked it out

Xales · 22/09/2011 22:07

A clean cock is a clean cock and a dirty cock is a dirty cock it doesn't matter if it is circumcised or not.

You are as likely to get STIs from a circumcised cock as one that is not because germs pass through the membranes not via the foreskin somehow. You could argue that you can see easier to know if there may be some infection there but that is not 100% reliable as there may not be a visible sign of infection and once a foreskin is pulled back you can see that too. You are better trusting a condom for protection than a missing piece of skin.

I don't have a preference apart from nice, clean and healthy and in full working order.

KrispyCakeHead · 22/09/2011 22:31

Cutting to the chase somewhat, and no pun intended... whilst I appreciate what is being said about "a clean.. ahem.. cock being a clean cock"... a circumcised one has less potential to be smelly. Or erm.. cheesy. Ever. There. Said it.

Xales · 22/09/2011 22:45

It is a mixture of oils and dead skin, circumcised men still produce it and so do women. It is just rubbed off on underwear/clothing rather than collecting in the foreskin but it can still collect. If circumcised men don't clean they can still get smelly etc it probably just takes longer than uncircumcised.

If it is clean and healthy then smegma (anyone else seen the Red Dwarf convention where a young boy asks what it means? I can look for it on youtube if you want Grin) is there to help lubrication.

I still think is is personal hygiene rather than being cleaner naturally.

KrispyCakeHead · 22/09/2011 22:51

Ok but (God why am I arguing the toss.. no pun..!.. about cock cutting at 22:49).. say take 2 clean hygienic men.. one cut.. one uncut. Shove said willies of said men into underpants and send them out to work (the men not the willies...). 5 hours later Mr Cut is going to smell fresher than Mr Uncut. Trust me Grin

Xales · 22/09/2011 22:54

lol Krispy. I would rather send both to the shower than test that and admit it you are loving the puns!!!

Assuming they produce the same amount imagine picking up the circumcised mans pant to stick in the machine after it has rubbed off all over them rather than been neatly contained until shower time Grin

You are right about the time though and I need to go and snore.

KrispyCakeHead · 22/09/2011 22:59

Yes I'm loving the puns.

Going to bed also! :)

Berries · 22/09/2011 23:14

Cut for bj, uncut for hj. Although in my (admittedly limited) experience uncut lasts longer :-)

oldraver · 23/09/2011 00:47

If I was pushed for a preference I would say cut, so much nicer to handle. My B/F was done as a baby at 12months for medical reasons. He has no trouble with sensitvity

DiamondDoris · 23/09/2011 01:09

Cut - cut ones never smelled, uncut regularly did. I think you have to wash A LOT more if uncut. However, I don't think it really matters in the grand scheme of things.

Thumbwitch · 23/09/2011 01:22

Hmm. DH is cut. It may well have reduced his sensitivity - he certainly doesn't seem to have much in that area. It's nice and clean etc. but function is more important than looks unless you're planning on being a male "glamour" model.

Functionally I find the cut penis more difficult to "work" with, iyswim. The extra skin allows for more "play" (not playtime, I mean flexibility of movement)

Why are you needing it done - medical reasons or religious? Can't imagine any other reason for getting it done.
