I enjoyed the poltergeist and witch farm. Will go back and listen to Uncanny now. I'm a total sceptic but love these things

I am currently listening to Yeti - agree it is very silly in places, but I really like the info about the scenery and culture of the areas they visit. A bit more of that, and less of the trying to create drama (e.g. when they left the visa permit in the car and made it a cliffhanger 😆) would be good!

There was a good sceptical blog about well-known paranormal incidents, but I can't remember what it was called now. I think it was an American author, and the pieces were written in the late 90s - early 2000s. Some of them were written for his university paper, then republished later as a blog. Does anyone know what I'm thinking of? Thanks if so...

I binged this yesterday and it was a bit dull. Plus, there’s a convenient unearthing of a headstone that later appears in a photograph, which doesn’t seem to make sense. Worth a watch though.

Yes! He’s taking it on a uk tour and I’m trying to convince my eldest son to come with me! I did buy the book so I know what happens, but still really want to see it.

I’m ploughing through The Girl, The ghost and the gravestone and am really enjoying it. I’m not finding it dull . I’ve just watched 3 out of 4 this evening.

"Parapod" is a good comedy sceptical paranormal podcast, btw.

I just watched the girl, the ghost and the gravestone. I like it though wish there was a bit more actual research about the land, the death of the girl and whether the gravestone was genuine or not (looked a bit freshly carved to me).

Uncanny series 3 has started and the tv series is coming on the 13th of October! Can't wait!

It looks like the ''Hair'' could be artificial fibres- they aren't like human hair, more flat , like that of an anti static brush.

There eyes and 'nose' are odd though.

Eerie though...I'd freak if that came up on my photo roll unexpectedly!

Ohhhh creepy pics. The eyes and nose are the same 'green' as the background though..,they could just be holes in something. But the black is so very dense. Weird.

Mum as a little girl used to have a recurring nightmare where there was a monster called ''Black Ouser'' that she said terrified her. She said he was indescribable.

I wonder if it's a fake? So possible these days with computer technology.

I have some odd photos on my phone - accidentally taking shots when using the phone, it being unlocked in my bag or pocket… I’m sure I can find some ‘spooky shots’…

I bet it is holes in something...With the settings on photos, it's possible to really make black very dense indeed.
