If you are in your mid 30s what station do you listen to?

As a teen and young adult I listened to Kiss 100 or capital.

Can't bare kiss 100 anymore since I guess I am no longer the target audience.

If I do listen to the radio I tend to listen to heart fm ... pop music, abit of chat. But it's a bit repetitive.

Does anyone have an recommendations for me to listen ?

Magic Chilled is surprisingly good

'Absolute Country' or 'Chris Country', both stations on DAB. I am a huge country music fan!

6 Music for music. Nowhere has a better mix of genres and not just generic playlists.
Sometimes LBC for current affairs chat
Occasionally Radio 1 if I want to catch up on what's current.
Spotify - Discover Weekly playlist and then other stuff depending on mood.
Podcasts while exercising (easier to run when you're absorbed in something rather than keeping to a beat). Regular favourites are Off Menu, Katherine Ryan, My Dad Wrote a Porno.

Radio 2 (because I don't like adverts)
DH listens to Planet Rock

R4, plus 5Live for sport & 5Live Sports extra for TMS.

Smooth for me. Only recently tho. I cant finger point the moment where smooth started playing tracks I grew up with, it always played my dads music 😂 Too many other cut tracks, talk too much of have excessive ads.

Mostly Smooth FM or Magic. Dont often have the radio on except if I leave the dogs at home 🤣

Radio x at home.

In the car I’m am limited so will listen to radio one on a Friday with Matt and molly and then radio 4. Occasionally listen to heart but I find it very repetitive.

Radio 4 or Absolute Radio 90's

Radio X for me, love Chris Moyles in the morning and Johnny Vaughn in the afternoons . I’m 35 if that helps

I listen to Radio X on a morning, I love Chris Moyles. If Scott Mills is on, I’ll listen to Radio 1. Otherwise it’s usually Magic Chilled or Absolute (rock or 90s). I’m 34.

Heart Fm & our local radio station.

Radio X. I downloaded the app and listen to The Chris Moyles show on catch up whilst I work

I do feel the 30s are poorly served. Too old for a lot of the crap on radio 1, too young for the old DJs on radio 2!
My current choice…
Radio 1 - Scott mills and Greg James (can’t stand grimshaw)
Radio 2- dermot, Sara cox, jo whiley (cannot stand Zoe ball, Ken Bruce, Steve Wright and don’t even get my started on serious jockin and Richie the annoying travel man)
Radio 4- woman’s hour, comedies, news

Capital or heart on a week day at work
Heart on a sat morn at work as I like Kelly and jk
Kisstory in my own car

Not going to lie I love listening for the competitions to see if people answer the phone saying "capital give me the cash"😂

Radio X in the morning, evening and weekend. Radio 2 in the middle of the day (rare)

37 and I'm a radio 2 girl now. Sometimes I accidentally go to radio 1 and instantly remind myself of my mother when I exclaim "dear god what is that noise!"

Capital/capital xtra, radio 1/xtra, kisstory/capital reloaded (33)

A mix. Virgin in the mornings alternated with R2 and R6. Only listen to Scott Mills on R1, Maya Jama when she did the weekend shows. R3 if I don't want the radio to disturb. Simon Mayo and Mark Goodier on Greatest Hits.
