I put the BOOM! emoticon in the title as I thought it could transition into a vague likeness of a virus if we're still going by early May, when we expect some wild contortions from the production team to get Ambridge back in synch with the rest of the world. I think I would have preferred them to ignore it altogether but I suppose they couldn't.

And then he said, "Err..... and now we'll have a little bit more Barwick Green than we usually do", still sounding surprised.

By my reckoning Milton Jones has been going on for about seven hours now.

Harry-the-milk was allowed to play cricket in Ambridge in spite of not living there: he moved into the Bull for a few days specially for some occasion or other. So the "full-time residents only" rule is a new invention.

I reckon PC Burns knows something against Gavin and doesn't want him in the team because him being arrested later would be embarrassing.

And what was Gangmaster Jnr actually putting into Roy's bag? The lost phone? But why? What would have been on it that was of use to a Moss?

Or was he taking something out?

Yes I thought Harrison will have to say to Tracey that if Gav joins the team then he (Harrison) will have to leave.
Hmm, the phone. Maybe Gav just nicked it to check on his messages and calls, then gave it back.

Oh! Everyone's been speculating that Roy might accidentally record something useful ... Maybe Gav filched Roy's phone to check up - but it will be Gav who accidentally recorded something incriminating on it???

I've got a feeling that Gavin is going to start gaslighting Roy.

What's the betting that Roy will find the phone in his bag (placed there by Gav) and begin to doubt if he did actually lose it at all.

gavin will be the downfall of phillip and his bad ways trust me!

I used to like milton jones when he first appeared on mock the week, but dear God he is awful now.

I agree Sergeant Burns is expecting to make an arrest or two at some point but I’m less sure when that might be now. I’ve not been paying attention so is the plan for the next while to play only old episodes from the archive or are they also getting new scripts recorded in individual actors’ homes? If the latter maybe we will get some progress on this SL.

And what happened with the phone? Gavin and Roy down the alley, both pished, today Roy realises he’s lost his complicated new phone (at least mauve shirt seems to be okay), and later at the cricket/in the clubhouse Gavin is seen putting something in Roy’s bag? It’s that last bit I can’t get - who saw Gavin doing what?

Is there any innocuous reason that Gavin would have the phone? No, not really. Could he be putting a bug on it? (I know, I’ve been watching too many Cold War spy thrillers). I also suspect Gavin’s too thick to do this. And why would they anyway - unless G and P want to hear convos between Kirsty and Roy? Or Roy and Oliver? Or Roy and anyone?

Sorry, I keep thinking about more questions. What was Tracy saying about Roy’s head? Surely he hasn’t still got a wound? Maybe it’s just a big scar?

I thought Gavin said he was putting an energy drink in Roy's kitbag. Was it spiked? Or is it just a ploy to replace Roy's phone?
