Hi All,
Thanks for all your reports. We can see there is no resolution here that will keep everyone happy. We did have a look at the bbc iplayer page and there isn't an obvious spoiler on it. So given the reports, we had received it appeared reasonable to change the title.
We are happy to reconsider this choice of title if you can think of something that will not bother those posters concerned about spoilers but still embrace the original titles intention.

One idea that has been suggested is that we leave it as is until the omnibus has aired and then we change it back again.
