Favourite Cabin Pressure Quotes/Moments/Episodes?

I'm still working my way through all of them, but I have to say, I love it. It's the first radio drama I've listened to, and really enjoyed it.

I might even give the Archers a go

Anyway, what are people's favourite quotes, moments or episodes?

I quite like the opening to the first episode. "Unless it's a farm. Or quite possibly the A46. It's not the sea... because that's blue." etc.

Come on, share your favourites :)

This whole exchange makes me laugh every time!

CAROLYN: … a sugar brick.
DOUGLAS: Yes.
CAROLYN: … which you dropped on your ex-wife’s house.
DOUGLAS: Yes … but we were very lucky really. We could have hit her conservatory or her BMW.
CAROLYN: Or a child!
DOUGLAS: Now, don’t exaggerate! All the children had run for safety long before it landed.
CAROLYN: That is not as reassuring a sentence as you seem to think.
DOUGLAS: I’m just saying we couldn’t have hit a child; but I admit we could have hit a car.
CAROLYN: But you didn’t hit a car, did you? You hit a carp.
DOUGLAS: … Yes.
CAROLYN: Do you have any idea how much a koi carp costs?
DOUGLAS: I do now, yes.

"I'm being serious. With my serious face." I need to find a way to get that one into conversation, possibly at the children's centre I volunteer at, with one of the little ones.

Everyone will think I've gone mad, but I don't care.

Oh, and the Bike smiley is the wrong colour :(

We often play 'words of one syllable'.
It's the witty one liners that make me laugh aloud - the job interview at Swiss Airways 'no-one's ever answered to two decimal places before' and in Uskerty when they're trying to get back to the airport and Carolyn spots a tree 'what, are you going to whittle a motorbike then?'.

Yes, love "words of one syllable".

Also when they play Fizz Buzz, and the rules are too complicated for Arthur.
