Evening, that sounds crap is, you should get a refund I'm sure?? I use Parcelforce (is that senditnow can't remember) plus my driver delivers to me early (usually before 7am) so don't have to hang about or dd miss going to preschool at all.

Geek I loved Kos, I went when I was 19 so quite some time ago as I am 37 on sunday.

Basl still doing slimming world, well I say doing it, will be the way I cook and eat hopefully for ever now. I can't quite get to 2 stone off yet have a few stuborn pounds still and would like to lose a bit more anyway

Carrie i just made slimming world Curry and have some lean cut of beef in slow cooker with tonns of veg in. The curry is free with rice if you do the extra easy plan and the beef is free with potatoes on the extra easy. I can't believe you have nearly lost 2stone that can't have taken you long? Well done you!!!!

Yes I do the extra easy and for me it is something that works as not limited, can eat lots, no weighing (apart from milk/cereal and cheese) has taken 5 weeks. Think the last stone may well take the same though!!

That is bloody fantastic Carrie good for you. Do you have lots of recipes? Does the class let you have access to online? I pay every month to do follow online and never do. Worst ever this time at loosing weight. I think you deserve a huge pat on the back go on book that holiday!!!!!!
It makes so much sence that plan but they are looking at me having that pms disorder thingy and may be why i have huge cravings etc and thats my excuse and sticking to it

I have had a lovely lovely evening out, amazing. My friend took me for an Indian and was lovely. She was all posh in her dress looked stunning as usual and there's me in my jeans and plain white top ah well

Yes Maxy if you like no counting points it is a fantastic plan. I am just rubbish just now but it is so healthy and you can eat large portions and fruit.

I have the top speech therapist (apparently)coming round. She is not really coming as a speech therapist, but as someone working alongside university doing an experiment on children who aren't talking - for various reasons. She does an indepth speech assessment on James of which I get the copy, plus other things. They are seeing if personality makes a difference and if they have a personality like their Mum and so I have to fill things out too. Then in a year, she comes back and does it again. She sounds lovely and I thought it would be interesting to do, plus I get the assessment of James.

Morning Glad to hear it Nicola!! Now i should lend you my H to help you do the packing. With his OCD tendancies he is and extremely good packer and organizer. I think most women would like to borrow him for those puposes You should see how he folds things it's like he has been in the army. He has checklists etc and gets stressed if we don't keep in with the plans.
Remember the last time you were away from here nicola everyone missed you so much. Looks like i am going to have to bore everyone

i feel awful have another migraine coming. its so draining. Just taking my meds which then make me feel sick. I have to take boys on bus in an hour to hairdressers. Great.

Carrie that is fabulous, well done. I've got about 8 weeks to lose 2 stone! Not going to kos now, no air con and shit flight times so going to la pineda in spain instead.

What pram would be good on the beach?

any three wheeler would tbh but i like nipper for travel due to lightness and big hood.

spain is lovely geek nice shorter flight too.

Evening my travel bag came today for the bug so I can take the heavily disguised only --the- frame still miwheels cam away, MB be good for beach too, nipper be fab.

I love La Pineda, went so many times and Loret de Mar as a child, quick flight, quick from the airport, lovely coarse sand that brushes off rather than get into every nook and cranny though sea really drops deeply away after about 5 feet but very paddle-able. Might have to start searching again and just book something then tell dc's dad . I love the whole lists, shopping for it, packing for it, ironing for it etc, my ocd-ness

Basl I've never been on SW online, may have a look now, is the password the same as what we get at meetings (blueberry this week I think). If I could lose another stone by september I would be so so pleased...

Purple volo - yuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuum. I put ds in the black xt today as I was trying to get it to fit under the bed out of sight but too big, he liked sitting up a wee bit in it. Couldn't take him out in it yet, he'll be in it soon enough only having him RF whilst I can!!

Knowing you Nicola you may be watching tv but your brain will still be doing 20 other things at the same time!!

I just drove to do a big shop in Asda whilst dc's dad is here, forgot to take my purse I must be getting old, not driving back now, feel v cross with myself!!
