we are going with my parents..we would never normally be able to afford to stay somewhere so stunning my step dad was 65 last year and this is what he wanted to do for his retirement...v.v.lucky bunnies!

As for the birkies (yes birkenstocks) we went into russell and bromley and explained the problem i'd had with sandals to date with Tate and she said oh you really should try birkenstocks as his foot rolls in (never even really noticed ) the footbed will return his foot to normal postition making the whole sandal fit better. But becasue insole so hard has to wear with socks first!! he's wearing crocs to nursery this afternoon as gets filthy. And no basl i never give up!

I'm a 'Lost' freak, got up at 5am this morning (ok ok, had just fed ds and thought why not, was sky+ing it) just watching it for the third time again, sobbing like a lunatic

I watched Lost upto when Sky wudn't let Virgin show Sky 1 palava, so upto season 2 I think. DP has downloaded them all for me, so will watch one day.

Nicola the shirst have arrived. Thankyou so much they are so sweet. He has the little green one on today and although very roomy is ideal. The other one will go away in his drawer for hols in Oct i think as it is on the large side of 2/3 but lovley all the same. Really exciting when a little package arrives. They all seem to be packages going out in the form of pushchairs these days.

Can anyone tell me about pram liners please? I need one for the bee so i can protect the seat from suncream and sticky fingers. Are they universal in size? Where is the best place to look?

Did i mention that we are booking another holiday for at the end of july! Josh is going to spain with his dads parents so me dh and the 2 smallest are trying to get a cheap week in greece. We already have menorca booked at the end of august for the 5 of us. Excited!

Where is the best place to buy a Maclaren techno xt, currently got a baby jogger but have to say not loving it! DH not impressed with me wanting a maclaren but I just sold my vigour so theoretically I am owed one!

Hi all, been busy recently. I got my brand new Volo yesterday and im happy with it. I think im soo over prams. Volo is for emergency or long day out.

Geek think you'd really need a custom Bee liner. They fit so much better as Bee straps in a weird place.

coolcat, I think the XT's are reduced in Boots right now. Or I'd swap my XT for a Baby Jogger maybe heee!

I'm talking rubbish coolcat, it's the XLR that's reduced. Might be a good buy though as only an extra £25 and you get head hugger and footmuff/boot whatever it is (oh and a lot of points!). Nicola will tell you better though, I've never had an XLR.

i really want another xt! think price at lesters is best... does kiddicare have back in stock now? The xlr is ever so big and heavy?
