BLM, I did have a look on the Boots site, but forgot to get back to you

How much would you want for BJCM? Not sure if I can be bothered to sell spitfire to fund it, finding the whole selling prams a bit annoying atm. But I do miss my BJCM

AK, I bought Mac's pliko for £40 posted. Have emailed her last night to ask what is happening, as decided I don't want it now. Hoping she will refund if she hasn't posted, maybe you could buy that? It's really good condition as well, with apron, raincover and I think cup holder.

5inthebed · 20/08/2009 09:25

BLM, someone looking for BJCM here

MamaG · 20/08/2009 09:31

Hi all

Looking for a bit of advice, again! I need to pump up the wheels on my Infinity, but i don't have a pump! What do i need to use/buy?

buggylovinmummy · 20/08/2009 09:31

Thanks 5in have posted on there

buggylovinmummy · 20/08/2009 09:32

5in i would like £130 plus post

buggylovinmummy · 20/08/2009 09:33

It comes with the BJCM raincover as well

5inthebed · 20/08/2009 09:35

That's a total bargain, I want it! Might have to list spitfire on Ebay now! When are you listing yours?

5inthebed · 20/08/2009 09:36

MamaG, any kind of bike pump would do, I usually pump my tyres with a footpump, takes less time.

buggylovinmummy · 20/08/2009 09:39

Will probably take some pics and do it today or tomorrow but if you definatly want it i will hold onto it for you

buggylovinmummy · 20/08/2009 09:40

Will sell on here for that as theres no fees to pay then

carrielou2007 · 20/08/2009 09:57

Morning all.

Wet and miserable here after super hot yesterday, we went down to the seafront and had chips for our tea and paddled in the sea until about 7pm and today is horrible!!!

My black xt was only 160 from a shop called baby and co in Bristol, they are only about 25 miles away so I collected but they do free delivery??

Got my 20 week scan later (bites fingernails) hoping to find out if splodge is a boy or a girl and then start shopping!!!

buggylovinmummy · 20/08/2009 10:03

Ooh thanks carrielou, i will go and have a look at that.

Do you like yours? I had a gray one so i imagine they are the same really arent they.

carrielou2007 · 20/08/2009 10:05

I love it!! It took me a while as they are a bit plain and I had a grey one and hated it and it was school sock grey!!!

buggylovinmummy · 20/08/2009 10:06

Just had a look on there and they are £165 the same as babies r us.

buggylovinmummy · 20/08/2009 10:08

I,m thinking of getting it as i have a ds whos 3 now so doesnt go in the buggy all the time but im going to be childminding a baby girl so i can get some liners and swap them depending on whos in it at the time and black matches any colours.

MamaG · 20/08/2009 10:25

Thanks 5in

Hello pushchair fiends Need a bit of advice from those in the know. We bought a Volo for 11mo DS as a lightweight runaround, which function it fulfils nicely, but neither of us are happy with how slumped he is in it. Thinking of possibly selling it and getting a different Maclaren or other lightweight pushchair with a structured back - what are your recommendations and what kind of price can I ask for a 1 month old Volo in practically-new condition?

buggylovinmummy · 20/08/2009 10:27

cyteen a maclaren quest would probably be best for you as it has a recline and a footrest.

buggylovinmummy · 20/08/2009 10:37

5in i just had a peep on e-bay at the spitfires and im sure you would definatly get your money back on yours if you sold it.

5inthebed · 20/08/2009 11:12

Oh BLM, stop teasing me! I'm going to have to take some photos now aren't I! Will have to take some when the kids are busy (ie eating). Is it a proper BJCM raincover?

Good luck with the scan Carrie!

Cyteen, maclaren quest is a good car pram, or if you don't want to spend as much, Obaby prams are about the same but cheaper. Volos usually sell really well, more or less for what you paid.

farrahplus3 · 20/08/2009 12:27

hello all, i havent been on here for a while hope everyone is ok.
quick question how much do you think i could ask for a bug cam? grey base red fleece, has carrycot, footmuff raincover mossie net the usual stuff, also what age do you think the pushchair seat realistically goes up to as i always see people with bugs and the kids look squished into them lol

cyteen · 20/08/2009 12:31

Thanks ladies

lillypie · 20/08/2009 12:53

Hi farrah hope all is well with you.I think cams go for £350-£400 depending on condition.I also see a lot of older toddlers squashed into bugs so I would say seat unite probably goes up to 18 - 20 months

AvadaKedavra · 20/08/2009 15:01

I've won a Pliko in peacecamp, sorry hadn't seen your post before putting it in and got accepted while I was out.

\i have pushed an almost 3yo in my Cam and she wasn't squashed as long as she didn't want to go to sleep and recline! Obviously you wouldn't get a chunkier kid in there, but normal sized ones no problems.

5inthebed · 20/08/2009 15:51

Pliko came this morning not long after I posted.
It's lovely, but I'm not sure I want to keep it. Will take it out for a run tomorrow.

I love the peacecamp material. Very nice.
