Oh I'm surprised.
Maybe will knuckle down to it.
Must get to bed now.

BexieID · 05/08/2009 22:42

5in, thats kind of you. The first time i'll be using the XT with baby will be at Easter when it's 3 months old, so would it still be suitable?

nicola, how much for skulls pack?

pebbles79 · 05/08/2009 22:59

Ninja, my friend has that orange footmuff brand new and never used. She wants £20 delivered for it if you want me to pass on her email address?

Am so and

Little lambsaid the buggy would be collected today and nothing again, no txt to say if it has or hasn't, ignoring txts / calls, I don't know whether to wait in AGAIN for it.

Its ridiculous

MamaG · 05/08/2009 23:32

which is the maclaren with the big "rough" wheels? I live in a v rural area and can't manage with little wheels

Dis have you paid someone? How rude of them to ignore you

nicolamumof3 · 06/08/2009 07:02

no maclarens have big 'rough' wheels? do you mean the mac3 three wheeler? not heard good reports about them?

Bexie would like £6.50 del please
[email protected] if interested xx

ninja · 06/08/2009 08:06

pebbles that would be great. I'll try and CAT you

scattykatty · 06/08/2009 08:10

OMG Dis she is seriously taking the Michael! I HATE it when you don't know when something is coming and you have to keep wiating in for it. The lovely DH has bought me a laptop for my birthday but I've hardly left the house for 2 days incase it comes as we have the smallest PO ever and it's only open 2 days a week so if I miss the PM I'll take ages to get my grubby mits on

Did you pay a lot for the buggy, I mean the sort of money you would seriously need to get back? Cos it doesn't look like it's coming your way any time soon

5inthebed · 06/08/2009 08:13

MamaG, the Maclaren XT has large wheels if that is what you mean? They are about £195 new though without a footmuff or anything.
Or this one is on special, which I'm going to buy myself, and it has biggish wheels as well. If you use the code FDPF73 you get an extra 10% off as well . ANd it comes with a plush green footmuff and a liner. Works out to be about £148.

Dis, hope LL lets you know about the pram.

nicolamumof3 · 06/08/2009 08:20

i really think its disgusting dis, i know she might have her reasons but theres no reason to not communicate!!! im v. for you

scattykatty · 06/08/2009 08:28

Exactly. It's just not right to take someones money and not even tell them what is happening! Can you imagine if you'd bought it from John Lewis and they'd not sent it or told you what was happening for 3 weeks, you'd be on the phone going mental...well if you're anything like me you would

nicolamumof3 · 06/08/2009 08:32

i know when i've sold something im always emailing, asking when they'd like it delivered, confirming courier booking, informing that its been collected, asking if its arrived...

5inthebed · 06/08/2009 08:40

Too right Nicola! I'm the same, whether I send off an Ebay sale or from here.

Bexie, the newborn set should be fine at three months, unless you have a massive baby with a huge head

BJCM going today, just need the money for the footmuff or the buggyboard (finishes in an hour) and I can get the spitfire

carrielou2007 · 06/08/2009 08:41

Morning.

Dis that's awful, 3 weeks?? Do you have a buggy now you can use? I haven't got anything apart from a volo you could borrow and you need a recline I think?

Don't know if pliko will come today, tomorrow or monday (fingers crossed it's today) and typical the sun is out so no walks for us!

My laptop has died so using work dongle (cheeky) but signal is rubbish and it is so sloooooooooooooooooooooooooow. Funny how I don't mind spending a few hundred on a pram but not on a computer

scattykatty · 06/08/2009 08:43

Dis doesn't have any pushchair now becuase of this does she? Nightmare with a small baby

Does anyone have a Wii Charging station by the way? The batteries in my controllers seem to run down incredibly fast so think I need to get a charging thing but have no idea what is good. Just bought the DH Rayman Rabbids TV Party and Beach Sports for out anniversary (2 days before my Birthday, an expensive month in our house!) and was then promptly informed by my friends 12.y.o that they 'suck'

MamaG · 06/08/2009 08:50

I think Imust be mixing up my pushchairs

5inthebed · 06/08/2009 08:57

MamaG! Remarks like that could get you banned from this board . What pram are you thinking of?

I have a Wii Carrie, but dont have the docking station. I want one though!

MamaG · 06/08/2009 09:06

I know! I'm not a fully fledged member, just an occasional lurker...

scattykatty · 06/08/2009 09:07

Looking at this one. I think I'll make my money back pretty quick in saved batteries!

Disenchanted3 · 06/08/2009 09:21

Morning girls,

The lady that bought my cam was having it collected today but shes changed it to monday so Ive got a buggy for a few days.

I'e actully reported LL, It might seem harsh but I really don't think I'll get my money or buggy any other way.

After 4 days of ignoring my txts she got back to me only after I told her I reported her I think the lady that bought her cam has too.

So she said it would be collected yesterday and no reply to texts all day again to let me kow whats going o.

Im in a proper pickle becuase ithout the MB my 50s covers are useless but I dont want to sell them incase it arrives.

I cant buy anything else without a refund from her either.

Honestly don't ever buy anything from her, I should have learned from last time.

Disenchanted3 · 06/08/2009 09:22

Thankyou carrie but if its not here tomorrow Im going to have to borrow a few quid from somewhere and get a cheapie stroller,

very nice of you

5inthebed · 06/08/2009 09:35

I meant SK before, not Carrie

Looks good SK, I might get one myself.

Disenchanted3 · 06/08/2009 09:36

I dunno whether to take a refund but then how long will that take her??

Then I have to find another buggy, wait for it to arrive.

Im so frigging stressed out, why can't she just send it???!

scattykatty · 06/08/2009 09:45

TBH Dis, if she can't post a buggy in 3 weeks do you think she'll actually manage a refund before 2010! I'd keep going for the buggy but apply a bit more pressure if poss... you've paid for it so essentially it is yours already.

5in come and join me in charger land, if I have to buy one more pack of batteries for the silly thing I'll lose my mind so I think charging is the way to go

scattykatty · 06/08/2009 09:49

OH and my laptop just came Not opened obviously as DH would kill me if I opened before the 18th

Do you think Lappy would look nice snuggled up in this?
