Oh yum Nicola! With the kids?

carrielou2007 · 03/08/2009 21:15

Aarraggggghhhhhhhhhhh! Can anyone please give me a hand trying to book courier?? I am adding in weight and dimensions so say buggy 9kg 1.3m by 60 by 60 (does this sound about right) it won't let me leave it blank it then comes up this is oversized 97kg and will cost 67pounds!!! What am I doing wrong?? p4d.co.uk??

FlyMeToDunoon · 03/08/2009 21:17

Infinity sold on ebay but my pleasure at being ok for buying XT is marred by having to disapoint those desperate to buy the cosytoes.

FlyMeToDunoon · 03/08/2009 21:20

Sorry carrielou no idea.
I would like to ask if Nicola can do a senditnow for me if needs be for the Infinity?>
is that the best one to use for it?
I have quoted £12 for courier.
Ta

5inthebed · 03/08/2009 21:28

Carrie, it'll be the 1.3 m that is amking the price so high. I have problems with them if sending anything taller than 1.1m.

nicolamumof3 · 03/08/2009 21:31

what you sending carrielou? its the 60cm too you can't normally exceed 50cm or 40cm possibly. is it for the gorgeous pliko?

dunoon i can do senditnow no probs for you dunoon if you mail me details but im just off to bed so would have to be morning. you can do p4d with extra comp for cheaper tho? depends what infinity sold for. glad you can get your xt now!! hows jane doing?

FlyMeToDunoon · 03/08/2009 21:46

Jane has 6 watchers.
Will get back to you in the am
Night

carrielou2007 · 03/08/2009 21:48

Given up with p4d and I've managed to do senditnow for 8.04 but I don't have a printer, is this a biggie, will they refuse to collect it without?? Tearing my blasted hair out to get this pliko!!!!

basl · 03/08/2009 21:55

carrielou i my printer does not work and they have never asked for a print out and asked them to supply the address label

5inthebed · 03/08/2009 22:10

They will still take it. Just put a hand written label on, thats what I always do.

sal1309 · 04/08/2009 08:54

good morning all well im still working with a dongle so internet very slow lol.

hope everyone is well.

carrielou2007 · 04/08/2009 08:54

Morning, think I have booked courier to collect tomorrow, how stressful is it trying to get all the info in??!! 5inthebed I missed the comfort pack yesterday you offered me. I have one thank you, I bought a black one it does just need that little something but thank you for the v kind offer .

My boss now wants me to work in a diff surgery AGAIN which is much further away (but lovely, have worked there before). It will stop me having to lugg all the equip around but lot more miles on the car when I used to work 4 miles away from home. Not so bad now, only 4 months to go but the thought of being 40 miles away from 2 little ones if there's an emergency fills me with dread. It will prob change again by then I supose!!

I think I might really like this prammette, I still used a silver cross 3d with dd when she was 18 months (so much easier to push) but then I don't want to part with the black xt...

BexieID · 04/08/2009 09:09

lol carrie, can I have dibs on either one if you decided to sell?

Insurance phoned and my car is a write off , will cost £2100 to fix and shes only valued at £1500 (double what we thought we were gonna get), so means we'll be getting a replacement one. I'm so glad I don't name my cars, lol. Not bad £1500, can get a 1.6 sport with nice half leather interior for that . Just need to go look now.

nicolamumof3 · 04/08/2009 09:11

Morning all, hope im not coming down with something feel really hot. Tate slept with us AGAIN last night he keeps having nightmares!! dining room table covered in parcels waiting for ebayers to pay and be sent.

carrielou2007 · 04/08/2009 09:21

Bexie did you see that other prammette for sale, it was only 30 plus courier?? I watched a prammette in vertical 20 miles away from me on ebay last night collection only sell for 46!!! I am still watching a few in 'dusk' the purple colour I had before so if I win you can have the black one!!Fingers crossed about the car that you do get the right price back.

Knickers0nMaHead · 04/08/2009 09:31

I bought a graco last night

BexieID · 04/08/2009 09:40

I just fancy a black buggy. Said i'd get a black one before getting the lime cdrive, so still need a black one. Although I did technically get a black Micralite then I sold it to 5in, lol.

Need to get the train to work later which means DP will be getting off as i'm getting on, lol. Tom has his MMR booster today as well.

5inthebed · 04/08/2009 11:02

Shame about your car Bexie.

What graco did you buy knicks?

Do I want a Bee?

mustsleep · 04/08/2009 11:03

my BJCM has come this morning and it's ace!!

Knickers0nMaHead · 04/08/2009 11:18

A black n silver one. Oh and bought a local freestyler too. Not good considering i use a double 99.9% of the time

5inthebed · 04/08/2009 11:25

LOL knicks, you should buy my mutsy and board then

Don't say that mustsleep! I'm selling mine, wibbling now.

BexieID · 04/08/2009 11:38

I probably won't get to see PILs orange BJCM until we get another car now, lol. Unless FIL picks us up on sunday (we usually have dinner there but have a feeling we'll be out looking for cars).

Knickers0nMaHead · 04/08/2009 11:55

5in, ive had a mutsy before and loved it, was even considering buying ninjas, but i live in a two up two down and have nowhere to store it.

5inthebed · 04/08/2009 11:57

I now the feeling, I live in a flat, and storage is hard! I can barely fit two prams in here, but I do.

npg1 · 04/08/2009 12:44

Hi.

Has anyone had a mamas and papas beat buggy? There is one for sale near me for £40 and I need to replace my maclaren or is a maclaren volo much better?
