LOL at you wanting dibs Nicola

Oh dear Dis, I kind of read the threads you started for LL. Has she been in touch yet?

Disenchanted3 · 05/08/2009 16:50

I contacted her last night, well had been contacting her for 4 days but she only replied last night after I took a bit of actionver it.

She said its being dropped off at depot today but TBH Ive heard that for a long time now so not hopeful.

Im praying it is though as Im going to have to shell out money I honestly do not have to get a buggy here even though I should have a lovely MB here!

5inthebed · 05/08/2009 16:54

What happened to your other MB, or do I even need to ask .

If you liked the puppy, why return it? I know you probably paid silly money for it (I don't agree for paying loads for pets), but I bet it fitted in lovely in your house. What have the boys said about her going back?

FlyMeToDunoon · 05/08/2009 17:00

Hello. I am home again and it's lovely.
Going away is nice but coming back is nicer!
So hot here.
Have come home to an Infinity that needs packed up and a Jane Energy which is on ebay.
Luckily I have recieved courtesy of one of my neighbours a Mothercare citisport which I got for Grandma to keep from CarGirl.
XT I am getting is grey 2008 version with the bullseye wheels and new harness.
I feel I may have to get a liner for it.

5inthebed · 05/08/2009 17:09

Have you looked on the Kiddicare site Dunoon? They have some lovely ones in at the moment.

Disenchanted3 · 05/08/2009 17:14

My other MB? I sold my MB to LL and now Im trying to buy it back! lol

It should get here eventually, will try and use the sling until it does rather than buying a buggy but DD is a chubster!

Because thats the descision we came to 5in, it was a very hard one and wasn't taken lightly, I cried alot and DH was really upset.

But we took the advice or the Kennel club and 2 other breeders we contacted over it.

The boys are OK, they haven't been upset of anything we just told them that the doggies mummy wanted her back and they have been fine with it. Alot more so than me, but whats done iss done now and I know she will go to a lovely family home so not worried about her.

Feel very guilty but everyone Ive spoken to agrees I did the right thing in the long run.

ninja · 05/08/2009 17:26

btw Dunoon - you're forgiven re the cosytoes!

5inthebed · 05/08/2009 17:29

Thats a nice way to explain it to the boys. I can totally understand why you would return her, I wasn't critisising you (sorry if it came across like that).

LOL about buying the MB back. Thats something I would do .

I'm after a Bee, are they ok for an everyday/only pram?

FlyMeToDunoon · 05/08/2009 17:30

Thanks ninja. If I ever see one of those cosytoes I will buy it on your behalf straight away.
Not madly keen on any of the Maclaren liner on Kiddicare.
Anywhere else have them?

5inthebed · 05/08/2009 17:33

What sort you after?

FlyMeToDunoon · 05/08/2009 17:36

FlyMeToDunoon · 05/08/2009 18:40

Hi mumofdjandbaies
Nicola do you have a pic of the liner anywhere?
I won't need the comfort pack ta.

5inthebed · 05/08/2009 18:59

I think I'm going to get the Spitfire Maclaren

FlyMeToDunoon · 05/08/2009 19:08

Oooh skulls liner is cool.
What colour on the back?

I really like the Spitfire Maclaren.

nicolamumof3 · 05/08/2009 19:13

purple on back, tbh i think i'd sooner sell together tho im afraid? its lovely sort of t-shirt material perfect for summer.

FlyMeToDunoon · 05/08/2009 19:16

Well if I were to buy together I would sell the comfort pack. How much did you want?

nicolamumof3 · 05/08/2009 19:21

£16 del for the set what colour comfort pack do you have?

npg1 · 05/08/2009 19:29

Hi ladies. Given up with trying to find a maclaren quest secondhand, none in my area and cant be bothered with ebay.

Found a mac XT today, in storm colour with a single spoke on the wheels, anyone know roughly how old it would be? Lady says its hardly been used and does look in good nick. She asked for £65 but I want to drop to £60, is it worth quibbling over a fiver and is this a good price?

Thanks

BexieID · 05/08/2009 19:45

nicola, i'd be interested in comfort pack if FMTD isn't.

nicolamumof3 · 05/08/2009 19:46

2007 npg that sounds like, does it have r/c or comfort pack? if in good nick sounds like a fair price.

reallywoundup · 05/08/2009 19:53

blimey- look what i just found
bleughhhh

reallywoundup · 05/08/2009 19:55

on that note does anyone [wail] have some girly bug fabrics- only need seat liner and hood- would settle for a breezy but if you have a set with other bits i am open to suggestions. chunkle munkle are on holiday as is snukie- both of them do sets that i want
