Hi everyone!

We're just about to start researching, testing and reviewing the best lightweight buggies for 2020 and we'd love to hear which products you'd recommend.

If you've used (and loved!) a particular buggy, then please do tell us about it on this thread. This will help us to create a shortlist of products to put to the test over the next few months.

Thank you!

Another vote for the Babyzen Yo-yo! Still going strong 4 years and 2 babies in, only buggy I could carry up the stairs at the station with the baby still in it.

We had a GB pockit, it served us very well for day to day on the tube and was especially good for holidays as it folds down to cabin bag size so you don't have to wait for the buggy to come out of the hold when departing the plane. Basket underneath and reclines for naps, and so easy to fold down.

I have an oyster zero....not sure it's classed as lightweight (but it's much lighter than my icandy)

Silver cross pop has been great for us. Lightweight, collapses easily and quite compact when folded. Also lasts until child is 25kg so it will last a lot longer than others.

Cubes eezy s twist - the smallest parent facing buggy I could find. It’s so amazing! (The push isn’t as nice as a bigger buggy but it’s so narrow I forgive it)

Maclaren XT reliable, very compact when folded. Remained in good condition after we finished using it, but also very easy to wash or replace certain components if necessary.

Britax Holiday. It won’t be for everyone, but it’s affordable and amazing for public transport and takes up very little space when folded.

Uppababy Minu - we went for it over the BabyZen because it just felt that bit sturdier and its only a tiny bit bigger.

Not very helpful as mothercare is in administration but their 3 wheel 'journey' is fab 🙌🏼

Joie pact lite. Not super sturdy but packs up small, lightweight, easy to carry when not in use, one hand steering and great for the school run where there are a couple of steps.

Doesn't have a bar at the back to catch your feet on which was a big factor as DH is so tall.
