Tippitoes Move versus Chicco Snappy

So after almost 7 months of joy with my Mutsy Evo, I'm on the lookout for another pushchair. I've been on several long haul flights with the Evo with Emirates and had no issues, but now Air Canada has imposed a restriction on stroller size. My sister has borrowed a nice comfy buggy from a friend for when I'm there so really I just need a cheapy for the airport. The husband won't hear of pushchair shopping again so I have to finance it out of my SMP. I'm willing to spend about 40 pounds on it and trying to convince myself that it will be useful later too (e.g. crowded Tube when I go back to work).

I have come across the Tippitoes Move (eBay about 25 quid) and Chicco Snappy (40-ish on Amazon). Reviews seem to be good for both. The Chicco has a carrybag but little info about the recline. Tippitoes seems to have a good recline. On price it really is a no-brainer but even so I'd like a second opinion.

Are there any other suggestions?

Preferably a one-hand (or easy) fold, a decent basket, a decent recline (for 7 month old to snooze in), and definitely an easy steering.

Just looked at emirates web site. I can't find anything that says they have changed what kind of pushchair you can take. It just says fully collapsible http://www.emirates.com/nz/English/help/faqs/FAQDetails.aspx?faqCategory=214913 here

I'm going to Canada on Air Canada now. Yes, Emirates were very accommodating. Unfortunately they don't fly London to Toronto.

I guess no opinions then :(

Sorry, I have no experience of either :-( Don't know how many options there are at this price either really. Considering it's only for the airport you may as well just get the cheapest imo.

Thanks Ihateparties

Just looked at their policy. I would be surprised if many pushchair's fit that policy. Neither of those strollers fulfil their rules as they are to long. I wonder what people do. Do they stick to it.

Ihateparties · 30/05/2013 08:58

Out of interest what size do they allow? A petite star zia or a zapp probably would. I kind of suspect people probably don't stick to it though.

Ihateparties the specs are "collapsed diameter not exceeding 25.5 cm (10 in) and a length not exceeding 92 cm (36 in) is allowed"

I've gone ahead and bought the Babyway Altai S from Boots. It is on offer and has great reviews for the price. It is still longer than the specs but as notfarmingatthemo points out, nothing really fits those specs.
