Hi all, I don't understand why prams.net has so many bad reviews.. I bought a car seat 3 months ago and I received it on time. I also had a problem with my address and they changed it, same when I asked for a tracking link, they replied every time, so I don't understand...

This shop is a con. Don't buy.

Dont buy from this site.They dont give information about your order and they dont return your money.Nobody responds on my letters .Also Dieter Lang .They think if we make order from another country we are not able to sue this company but it is wrong think.I asked for my order many times and was ignored .If somebody reads this message you have time to do something or I will choose another option to return my money.Suggestion for all buyers NEVER BUY FROM this site and also from kinderwagen.com or net.Check reviews before and check owner of company.Because he has some other online shops.
