Hi there,

I am starting to feel a little panicked!
I ordered a child’s dolls pram from this site. It is my little girls xmas present from Santa!!

The reviews on the website were good i.e quick delivery etc etc.
The pram was in stock and I ordered it on 28th November! I received an email saying it would be dispatched between 6-10th Dec and that I’d receive a tracking number. It is now 13th and I have received no tracking number. I have sent numerous emails and like other people have had no replies and the same to the voicemails I have left.

I have paid £72 for this pram and I am concerned that I’ll have a disappointed little girl!
What can I do?

So annoyed with myself for not researching this company properly first! 😭

I also signed up for mumsnet only because of prams.net.
Like Kcampo I did not research this company properly first! 15 Dec I ordered doll pram because in Delivery option it says 3-5 bus. days delivery to my country for an item on stock. I ordered and paid and then I saw this comments. I tried to call them...nothing... wrote in their page in question section nothing... and finally, I got an email saying that my order is not in stock to chose another item...I did that and they said 'You order has been modified, We will keep you in touch once it's dispatched'. I wrote to them that I need that item by Friday 22 Dec because it's a Christmas present and if they can't deliver the item like it said on they Delivery option information I want my money back because I need a new present under the tree. Nothing jet. After reading your comments I'm now scared that I made a mistake purchasing at pramsnet. I said to them that I'm concerned because few people on their page are not satisfied and say their order is late and they can't contact them. There are others that are satisfied... I hope I will be one of them... Now I wait...i called my bank... it's a problem withdraw my payment to them...so there's not a lot I can do but wait and hope for the best.

I finally got a reply from them on Thursday after threatening trading standards saying that my order would be dispatched by the end of the week and that it will take 3-5 days to arrive so that it will be here in time for Christmas.

I emailed them back to say the end of the working week is Friday (which was tomorrow when I received their email!). And stated that I wanted a tracking number. It is now Sunday I have had no tracking number and again can’t get in touch with anyone!

A complete nightmare! My little girl is expecting this pram from Santa! I’ve paid £79!!

If it takes the minimum of 3 working days to arrive I need my shipping number by Tuesday! All I can do is keep my fingers crossed!

I feel your pain x

Our costed 65.70 € in total (including shipment)...not a little considering they are doll prams and where we live you can buy a cheaper real baby pram... Aside with that I never jet had these problems with any legitimate web shopping site (although I never both anything outside my country)...but reading the information there was no indication that they busise is corrupted... I don't know also what to do because my little one also is expecting pram from Santa. You are waiting a long time for yours to arrive...I ordered later than you...who knows will it arrive on time and will it arrive at all. They also didn't send me a tracking number especially when they wrote for my item 'The products are in stock and can be dispatched TODAY and arrive in 3-5 days. We will keep you in touch once it's dispatched' (that was 15 Dec). And nothing...I asked them did they send the item (15 Dec) ...nothing... Today is Sunday...5 bus days are ending Fri 22 Dec from tomorrow. The problem is... I don't know what to do, do I start looking for another present or what?? Terrible :O

Which country are you based in?
To be honest with you when I ordered my pram I had no idea that it was being shipped from Germany. That wasn’t made clear. The company has an office based on London so I just thought it was a UK based company.

It was only when I received my order confirmation that I noticed it was being shipped from Germany!

Yes I placed my order on 28th November and like you it said it was in stock!

Because This company doesn’t even reply to emails or answer the phone I don’t know if you would have much joy in getting your money back!

I am from Croatia. I noticed that they are a German site...or that they ship from German. Since we are EU I just assumed that delivery option is true, and with no doubt purchased from them. A friend is ordering from My Toys (Germany) and never any problem. I just assumed that (like they said for German) is a prompt and legitimate sight...and constantly popping out in my Google search for prams...so I made an order. Seems to me that we are in the same mess and need to start looking for another present so that our little ones won't be disappointed with Santa and no present under the tree from prams net...

Hi all, I am also having problems with Parms.net.

I picked out a dolls pram for my daughters Christmas present from Santa and ordered it on 28th November. Online it said 7 in stock and I checked out delivery which said 3-5 days. The reviews on the website were great so I went ahead and ordered.

It was only when I got my confirmation via email that I realised it was being dispatched from Germany. It said shipping between 6th-10th december. I still didn’t think anything if this as I thought there would be plenty of time for it to arrive before christmas.

It is now however the 17th December and I’ve had no tracking number. Nobody ever answers the phone when I call or calls me back when I leave a voicemail. I have sent numerous emails and don’t get any response.

I am so angry at myself for not seeing these reviews first. I have spent £79.90 on my daughters present which looks like it is unlikely to arrive!!!

Snap! I’ve had the same email this morning! Although I’ve read on a few other sites that this has happened to other people and the good still does s not arrive!

Suspicious....Maybe we got the same tracking link also... 😮 Did you try to contact DHL (from tracking link) and ask them do they have your order from prams net? I will try to contact them 😕

status report...my tracking link works (as far as I know)... it says that shipment has arrived in the destination country (Croatia) today...if that's true I should get 'Santa's present' by Friday. Hope we are on the right track :D :D

15 Dec I ordered doll pram...they arrived today to my (Croatia) home address (22 Dec...like it says on the page 3-5 bus. days). Reading some comments I got scared that I made a mistake ordering from prams.net but now I am satisfied whit my order and service. Tracking number that they sent was correct...Prams are present therefore I didn't put them together, but I looked in the box and it seems everything is on its right place and what it should be in the box....we will see when we assemble them. My little one will be very happy whit her Santa present.

I give it a closer look at our's pram...a piece of plastic is cracked but it seems not crucial for riding them...on Christmas morning when we put them together I will know my final opinion about prams net and our pram.

Gosh i wish i read all this before... I agree with all of this though. A shameless bunch of crooks. I ordered a travel system and an isobase. the iso base arrived but the pram itself did not. Got no reply to any mails untill i opened a claim and escalation with Paypal. now they are emailing me to check the tracking details - which are very unclear and in german. they refuse to give me a clear delivery date or tell me where the parcel is at the moment, and any and all reference to a refund are ignored. meanwhile we are a month down the line - and still nothing.
I'm hoping Paypal will come through fighting my corner and get me my money back since i'll need it to by a pram elsewhere! Avoid these thieves at all cost ladies and gents! the low cost are tempting but you'll be robbed blind.

Please beware they are scammers,I just put to bed two set of twins,January 16th and ordered a multiple pram for them earlier before my babies arrive,for two whole months i havent received my pram or my money back,i paid 12,000rands,i had to borrow that money,i was sent a fake Dhl with a fake tracking number,I kept calling them but they refuse to send my pram to me or refund my money back,am in pain now,i never knew they were scammers,fraudsters,i swore on babies that they will go down

We are very sorry what happened. The supplier sends directly here. One package was lost, after several interventions by us, they found it and shipped it to Marianna.

I actually bought a pram and a high chair for my baby and the prices were so cheap. I did not any problems in receiving the products, they arrived after 2 weeks as the website tells, I think it is a good website, it's unbelievable that you guys had these issues.

I had an amazing experience with Prams.net!I bought a Babybjorn One Air Front Back Carrier, very expensive but very useful at the same time, the guys on the phone were very kind and helpful too.

Agreed! I had a terrible time with them! Communication skills were non existent! Luckily our item eventually arrived and to be fair the product was lovely!

Hi, I bought an Osann Carseat few weeks ago (28th of May). Actually I was quite afraid because of this website. But everything was done correctly. I contacted the customer service they send me an update and few weeks a after they send me the tracking link.
I will buy a new doll pram. Hope it will be the same
