Baby Jogger City Mini/GT help

Ok, so I think I've decided on the BJ City Mini (may get GT version - not sure), but I've some questions on car seats and carrycots to go with it. We have a maxi cosi cabriofix:- which adapters would we need to attach this? And can we do so with the seat unit taken off the chassis? Similarly, if we bought the hard carrycot, could this be fixed to the chassis without the seat unit in place? Would any additional adapters be needed for this? (Presumably if we went for the soft carrycot, this would have to be used in conjunction with the seat unit).

Grateful for any advice!

You would need the maxi cosi car seat adaptor for the bjcm to click onto the accessory bracket - like these www.johnlewis.com/231347992/Product.aspx?s_pccid=pc_gs_600_100000&
Hope the link works :)
These can be used with either the city mini or the gt model.
You can use the car seat adaptor with the seat fabric on (much easier) or off if you wish.
The hard carrycot fits on without the fabric in place but appears to sit up quite high (not sure if that's just the older version though and the newer one may be different?) I think the hard carry cot comes with specific adapters to fit it onto the frame.
The soft carrycot clips onto the frame and sits within the fabric seat unit and has the additional bonus of being able to use the existing hood together with the soft carrycot hood to make it more encased.
Hope this helps a bit Hmm but I'm sure someone will be along soon with some more helpful info :)
