Leigh-on-Sea/Westcliff-on-Sea/Southend-on-Sea?

Am looking to move to this area, and have been looking in the Leigh-on-Sea/Westcliff-on-Sea area within 10 minutes walk of Chalkwell beach (for sea swimming), but since then beautiful houses have come up in Clifftown and Milton conservation areas. What are these areas like to live in?

@Miltonrocks Milton conservation has been on my list, but not seen anything come up that I like there yet. Have seen a few in Clifftown Conservation area, on Cambridge Rd, and did go and view a lovely house, but the road was just too busy, with cars racing down it.

And area seems spoilt for theatres!

Our theatres are fab! And it's easy enough to occasionally train it to the O2 or West End for more current stuff.
