7m by 7m garden (new build), is this too small? Based on the north east and the house is a detached 3 bed. It’s just me and my little boy but worried it won’t resell in the future now that the sale has completed.

I never want to have a big garden, to much maintenance (cost and time I dont have), all I need is a space to sit outside, a climbing wall and have a small veggie garden. Sure my kids don't have a large space to play ball but we go to the park, leisure centres etc.

It's small, but that's actually quite common.

I don't think you will have problem to sell. People who are avid gardeners will not buy it, bit the other large portion of population would. Especially as it is a corner plot

We have a large wrap around garden that is far too much work for us. It’s also very expensive when buying plants, shrubs etc if you want to make an impact as you need lots of them. Please don’t worry about reselling there are lots of people that would want a small garden.
