What are people’s opinion on this House ? We’re struggling to find a three bedroom in this area in budget, this is over, but been on the market over 6 months so hoping they’d accept a lower offer. Third bedroom is a bit of a contentious point with me and H.

Bedroom 3 is barely bigger than a single bed! Ok if you want a study or if it's for a child who is still small enough for a cot. Don't buy otherwise!

I think you could find something better, this isn't a 3 bedroom house this is a 2 bed with an office

It’s overpriced for a 3 bed in Belfast, despite being detached for that money you could get a semi with much better living space. Are you particularly looking at the Belmont area?

If a long term home could potentially put a proper bedroom over the kitchen area subject to planning in that area . And get rid of the flags.

It’s lovely but not a forever home if you are having more children. I’m sure you know this but moving again when you need a bigger bedroom, will cost you in terms of stress and cash. Better to get it right now, perhaps?

Surprisingly small given the look from the outside. The garden is very tiny. I don't often feel that way about gardens as ours is the quintessential mini cottage garden but it is big enough for essential chilling and we had small scale play equipment when DC small.

MIL had a fifth bedroom that was similarly sized to the third one. It made a great office space but was never really a bedroom. When you have 3 bedrooms and one is very tiny it matters a bit more than when's it's a fifth.

The house is well presented, but I think the sparseness of the furnishings is attempting to disguise the narrow rooms. I also wondered what the one curtain thing was trying to disguise.

Very true. Unusual to have a detached 2 bed.
