Help me with kitchen colour

Giving our kitchen a bit of an uplift, keeping the cupboards and granite worktops, but looking to change the paint, tiles, and add some free standing furniture (corner seat, dresser and larder cupboards) on the other side of the room in a contrasting colour.

My current thinking is farrow and ball railings for the cupboards, and to have dimpse or skimming stone on the walls with slightly darker woodwork. But I can't work out what tiles would look good with this combo.

Also wondering if there are other combos that may look good? Keen to get away from the green (the whole kitchen hall and all the landings were the same colour when we moved in so I'm ready for a change!

Any ideas from those with more vision gratefully received 😊

@Julieju1 I LOVE that orange. Please could you share the name/brand?

Love those tiles. Friend had a wooden worktop and hated it when water splashed on it. Also love the kitchen. Not keen on worktop but I’m not sure what you can do about that. I don’t know what wrapping is so off to google.

The tiles are gorgeous. Not keen on the worktop though. Wood would be nicer. And I see dusty pink painted walls with those tiles.

A zellige tile that goes with the worktop would look nice, something like this: https://www.claybrookstudio.co.uk/tan-tan-desert.html

Before I saw your post with the wooden worktop, that was what I was going to suggest. I too like your kitchen as it currently is, but the worktop is rather busy

I was looking at the plykea website (as our kitchen is a similar design) and another option is a pale laminate worktop with brighter tiles (some AI ideas!) might be more durable than the wood?

I actually prefervthisvto the wood and I really love wood but this looks really nice.

Another cheap idea to start you off might be to paintball tiles black or replace in some sort of dark grey or black. You could then do your dresser in dark matt grey or black and the black is tied in with other bits around the kitchen already on kettle etc. Once you do that you would see ifbyou wanted to keep the walls a neutral colour or bring in another pop of colour

Keep the tiles and change the worktops to wood or white quartz.
