I know for some searching rightmove is their favourite hobby for me it is becoming a nightmare.

So anyone who fancies a challenge please help me find a house with 3 double bedrooms (dont mind using a 2nd reception room as a bedroom), a drive a back garden and possibly a garage in Sunderland or very close to Sunderland.

I always thought the opposite unless it’s the last one on the site, or nearly the last one. My friend works for a large house building firm and they won’t even give him discount as sold prices are public so it affects all future sales. They will negotiate on stuff like carpets instead.

Why do people arrange their sofas and chairs like this?

Kitchen is stunning though.

Have you searched for four beds instead? Quite a few in budget within a five mile radius. Usually a four bed has three doubles.

Centred around the tv as well as being too much furniture for the room.
