People who love searching Rightmove please help

I know for some searching rightmove is their favourite hobby for me it is becoming a nightmare.

So anyone who fancies a challenge please help me find a house with 3 double bedrooms (dont mind using a 2nd reception room as a bedroom), a drive a back garden and possibly a garage in Sunderland or very close to Sunderland.

@Countrygirlxo @feliciabirthgiver thank you these are all lovely but my problem is the 3rd bedroom just isn't really big enough. Even for a small double you need about 113 square ft. The one @feliciabirthgiver linked to would have been perfect if the stairs to the loft room were in the smallest bedroom not the 2nd bedroom.

Seaham is very accessible to Sunderland, my mil lives there. The prices for a 3 bed are fairly reasonable. We can walk to the beach from hers. There are some parts that are dodgy, but where she is is nice.

You know I had looked at this but without a floor plan I hadn't quite grasped that the 3rd bedroom could be downstairs. Yes this is a definite one to look at. The kitchen is amazing.

Why don't they have floor plans!! Sooooo annoying! I still can't see how the third bedroom could be downstairs!

If I was selling my house I'd never go with an agent that didn't do floorplans and virtual tours!

I think the room with the toys in that has a sloping roof is actually downstairs at the front and seperate from the lounge and kitchen so could be a bedroom.

Yes to floor plans the photos make so much more sense with a floor plan!

I can see why you are struggling OP. What's unique about Sunderland that none of the estate agents add floor plans? It's so hard to visualise how you'd use the space.

And this one proves when there is a floor plan they can be deceptive. The dimensions show the walk in wardrobe is only slightly smaller than bedroom 3 but it looks half the size on the plan.
