My boiler bar is stuck on 0 and I have no heating or hot water

I’m not sure how much it’ll cost if I pay someone to have a look.. I know I need to pressurise it and add water but I’m not sure how to do it. I have a combi boiler

If you get someone round make sure they show you how to re pressurise it so you know next time, also I would check for any obvious leak, under boiler and at pipe joints around the radiators are common places
