Would you buy a house backing onto a cemetery?

We're house hunting at the moment and like the look of a house that backs onto a cemetery. There is a substantial garden wall and high trees on the other side blocking the view of graves. The back garden has the advantages of being quiet and not overlooked.. However, would the proximity of a cemetery put you off, and do you think it would be difficult to sell in future?

It would be a total selling point for me - as you may guess from my username!
Tall trees not so much though, esp if they throw a lot of shadow over the garden year round.

I used to - it was lovely. Peaceful, beautiful. Amazing wildlife. Not overlooked by other houses so felt very private. It was closed to new burials but did take burial of ashes. It was a lovely resource to be close to during the lockdowns - lots of beautiful space to explore.

Only moved away due to work moving. Rather miss it. We have a bigger house now but it's much more overlooked and nowhere near as green an area.

The searches will come back as 'contaminated land' which is just a default for land with bodies buried in it! That's nothing to worry about.
