Considering moving to Mansfield

I’m considering moving to Mansfield. Can anyone recommend quiet areas (i.e. v. little road noise), that’s relatively flat, and within a 5-10 walk of a park where I can let my dog off lead?

@KievLoverTwo thing is I've still got my local accent etc and I'm definitely not up myself, as I said in my post a long way back, I'm from there originally and there are way worse places - including here down south- but I still think it's not somewhere I would pick if I had a choice. However if 'cheap' is the main criteria then there are worse places .

You are right but I live in Mansfield woodhouse - there are worse areas house prices are amazing

@ednclouda my son still lives there , (woodhouse) hence why I do still know the area. They are late 30s , have a little one and a lovely house and have a good lifestyle on very average wages- which is why I do see both sides. Neither of them are 'uncultured' by the way- they just don't put much emphasis on art or music or theatre or film or to be honest reading or politics - but they are lovely people and parents .
