Anyone had a fake wood burner installed?

We have a bio ethanol from imaginfires. It's moved house with us and is fantastic. No installation costs, clean energy, produces more than enough heat to warm the room. 2 of our friends lived it so much they have also bought. Of note: no smell, no cleaning at all, no installation, good heat but wouldn't have it a a sole heat source
