How is market nearby you now?

How is market nearby you in July? I haven't seen any house come back from the end of June people missed the stamp duty deadline.

The market in my local area is just dead. Only one new house added to rightmove in two weeks.. Lots overpriced house sit there for ages & refused to reduce.

I'm in the midlands with good links to London, house prices are still crazy but there seems to be a lot more coming on to the market now so I wonder if supply will start to catch up with demand and slow things down a little.

Very strange. Some properties coming on market & selling fast, others like ours (older property) not selling, very little interest despite being very flexible with price. Mostly it's new housing development other side of village that's selling.

There's hardly anything coming on here at the moment, but we have been lucky and one of the estate agents we've become friendly with sent us a details for a property before it went on the market and we snapped it up! Good luck to everyone searching!

Busy house market here in Sheffield.

Not a huge amount on in some price brackets and what is on goes within days.

Dh had a couple oh houses on the market for his work recently - lawyer but deals with some estate properties, etc. The houses often need something doing to them but not loads. Within an hour of going on the market they have dozens of viewings placed. Houses are being sold within a handful of days, always well over the asking price.

Houses are selling very fast within two to three days they are snapped up.

North Manchester- still bonkers here.

Still madness here. Not enough supply.

We live in an area of west yorkshire where houses sell fast but there aren't many coming onto the market we are looking for a detached but when they do come up they are crazy prices
