Areas commuting distance to Uxbridge

I have asked this question before but now have more details to go on. Need to be one hours commute from Uxbridge as DH will be working there. Have three kids in year 7, 5 and reception. Job start is Oct. Need good schools - limiting factor is a budget of £1200 pcm rent. Need a house with garden but willing to manage in a bed roomed property.

Any suggestions? Will be asking more questions on the back of suggestions

Have a look at Wexham and George Green.
Nicer than Slough but cheaper than Stoke Poges, Fulmer etc.
I used to live near Uxbridge and am now in Bucks so know the areas well.

Help, im looking for best and affordable areas to live with best commute for public transport ,il be working in Uxbridge . Im relocating from RSA so I have no clue

I’ve gotten suggestions for house share but I’m abit skeptical about it cause I’m used to living alone. Very much an introvert also. Budget I think 1500 max pm?

DS lives in Ruislip and his rent is around £1100 for a one bed ground floor maisonette. Seems unlikely you'd get a 3 bed in that general area for the budget you have.
