Would an en suite/dressing room (in the same room) be weird?

Slightly musing but we're going to view a house that we'd want to do some work to and change some of the rooms, including changing a bedroom to an ensuite and/or dressing room. The bedroom isn't massive and we would need storage elsewhere.

The most efficient use of the room would be to have the en suite (toilet, shower, sink) and a bank of wardrobes all in the same room without dividing it. The placement of the door and window make it quite difficult to work out where a division would go.

Would this be a bit weird? Not for us as we could use it how we liked, but if we came to sell in the future.

@FakeFruitShoot's idea is the way to go. Although I would incorporate the window into the dressing area as well to give you a bigger wardrobe.
We bought a 6 bed house in which the 'master' room already had a small ensuite & WIW when we moved in; but the dimensions of each were tiny and it was all a bit dark and badly built. So we knocked into the room next door and reconfigured it all to make the bedroom, ensuite & wardrobe bigger.
So now we have a 5 bedroom house but with a much better, brighter and spacious master bedroom setup. 5 bedrooms is still loads. I will definitely never ever regret it!

I've seen arrangements where they have a false wall built up in the room, with access to clothes storage either side with the bed up against the false wall.
Every time I see this layout on Rightmove I think “OK, so now we’re just building places for monsters and ghosts to hide”

Whichever layout you go for, put the en suite where there’s a window.

Can you not do something on the second floor to make a master suite as you've already got a bathroom up there?
