I bet that patio is windy on 360 days of the year. And all those windows - imagine having to clean that lot.

SirusTheVirus · 10/04/2021 23:18

Big pokey and I don’t reckon much to the views

drspouse · 10/04/2021 23:18

How many days of the year can you swim outside in Wales? buttons up cardi more tightly

Hallyup5 · 10/04/2021 23:19

Steel beams are awful. Looks like a warehouse. Doesn't seem to be much living space for £3million. Swimming pool that you can't use most of the year unless you want to freeze. Location is nice but slightly too near the cliffs for me. And can you imagine kids' handprints on all that glass?!

Yellownotblue · 10/04/2021 23:33

Are these real photos? They look like CGI. I’m in the ‘uncanny valley’ where super realistic images just look creepy.

Also, if you’re going to spend that much on a Huf house, how do you end up with that dining table, chairs and tablecloth? They look completely out of place.

PhillipPhillop · 11/04/2021 01:07

I don't often like expensive properties as I could never think how I would furnish them. BUT. I. WANT. THIS. HOUSE. Those views

MrsEricBana · 11/04/2021 01:14

Cliff = no way

SappysCurry · 11/04/2021 01:19

It only has that one tiny sink in the kitchen....as far as I can see? it’s An absolutely stunning house though

isitjustlockdown · 11/04/2021 01:19

The views are stunning, however the house is very meh to me. Too clinical, no soul or character. It just feels like it lacks substance, if it were a person it would be superficial and shallow.

JustGotToKeepOnKeepingOn · 11/04/2021 01:26

They need to sack the stylist. The random wooden chair at a jaunty angle ruining the view from the bedroom and the hideous wooden table, chairs and sideboard in the dining area. What were they thinking?

steppemum · 11/04/2021 01:27

Lovely when you are inside looking out through those windows, but no privacy and I would wnat curtains.

AND it is in Wales, so 50% of the time it will be cold and rainy. You don't want huge windows when it is cold and rainy! (although, sitting by a warm fire and looking out at a storm would be fab)

MonkeyNotOrgangrinder · 11/04/2021 01:36

Is the building to the right of it a shed or a tiny little house?

Torvean · 11/04/2021 01:36

Id rather an older house with character in the country.
Get a nice one for less than that too.

And what sort of exhibitionist lives without net curtains?

Pieceofpurplesky · 11/04/2021 02:44

I would love to live in/near Tenby but that wouldn't be my first choice!

Pieceofpurplesky · 11/04/2021 02:46

I meant to add this link - now this is a house I would buy purely for the secret tunnel!

Iminaglasscaseofemotion · 11/04/2021 02:50

All I couldn't think was how much I would need to pay my window cleaner!

Has it been a holiday home? Weird that there are towels at the end of the bed.

Monty27 · 11/04/2021 02:58

Swoon ❤️

This one is SO much better! Cosy, with character, the rooms have an obvious purpose...yep, sign me up.

ElGuardiandenoche · 11/04/2021 03:18

I love a good Huf Haus. I remember when Kevin had one all those years ago on Grand Designs. He was amazed at the way it all came together. It was an older arty couple who gave it a bit of a Mondrian touch.

YellowandGreenToBeSeen · 11/04/2021 03:26

Views and pool? Yes.

House? No way. Fugly, dull and unimaginative.

1forAll74 · 11/04/2021 03:41

Its a great location, but don't much like the design of the exterior or the interior of the house. I have always dreamed about living in a house overlooking the sea, but it would have to be a small cosy cottage.

I used to have a few holidays in Tenby with family when I was a child, but probably stayed in B&B then,, it would have been in the 1950's. ha ha.

TeeBee · 11/04/2021 04:23

Is the view that's beautiful. House is very meh.

cafedesreves · 11/04/2021 04:48

I'm not a fan at all - I think the photos are CGI. On one photo the cushion seems to be going into the mattress. So weird!! And the decor is just horrible - looks like its been hastily put together on RoomStyler. Like the views though! Smile
