Hold it! No, you're right. The boot room & utility are the wrong way round for me & no, you can't enter the boot room directly from outside as some of us thought. That's the loo!

There’s an external door from the boot room to the outside......it’s the opposite end of the room from the loo? I think?

Someone is going to have to go and have a viewing to settle this boot room door issue! Anyone local? 😆

Best boot room ever. Utility gets 9/10. For it to be perfect, it would be upstairs. Or at least have a laundry room upstairs. Almost everything you wash/dry/iron lives upstairs, so that's where the laundry room should be. I could overlook that though for the rest of the house though, its bloody beautiful.

No, the bathroom to the left of bedroom 3 on the first floor isn't ensuite. Bit of a pain not to have at least a loo on the second floor though.

The facade is beautiful. I think it’s overpriced though. What’s with the unfinished wood. I’d rip out the kitchen, utility and bathrooms lol. I’d be expecting Tom Howley for the price

Beautiful but too many staircases for me. Imagine having to track down children from bedrooms five, six and seven for dinner.
