Considering viewing this property with a view to submitting a possible offer. Its in the right area, close to parents & friends, near to a nature reserve & has the all essential parking which is an essential tick box! The area is sought after & this is currently the cheapest 2 bed there.
However...I've just spent 8k on a new damp course & kitchen in my current property (units to 3 walls of kitchen diner) & I just do not know if I could live with this kitchen layout. Is there any way it could be improved on that I'm missing?
