Three other houses for sale on my street! Should I hold off listing mine?

I live on a street with around 100 houses. I’m considering listing mine very soon but noticed that a couple of “for sale” boards have sprung up in the last week. I’ve just done a search online and it turns out there are three other houses up for sale on my road, all extremely similar (and one probably a bit smarter!) to mine! Would you list your house in this situation or wait until the current ones that are on the market have sold?

YOU stated that the other properties on your street were listed at 25k above what you would expect to sell your home for. Your lack of coherency has confused even yourself. Maybe forums just aren't for you.
