How quickly after listing did you get viewings?

Put my house on the market last week.

Have listed in the past and within a few days had multiple requests to view, but this time nothing whatsoever despite the local market apparently being buoyant.

I am using a different agent this time, and not sure if it's that which is making a difference, though I'd assume just being on rightmove would be enough, regardless of agent.

Would appreciate others' experiences in current market.

Finally had our first viewing today. Over 2 weeks since we went on the market so it took hours to get the place looking like a show home again.

They were only here for 5 minutes apparently. That’s not a promising sign is it....

That's good news @StrongTeaDropOfMilkNoSugar - have your agents given you any feedback? I had a viewing on Friday and no feedback whatsoever via the agents, which I thought was pretty crap.

Had two viewings booked for today, one didn't bother turning up! And the other said it's above their budget which makes me wonder why they even bothered to come. This process is so tedious.

We put a relatives house on the market a week or 2 ago. It went on rightmove on thursday eve, and had 4 viewings on the saturday, and a few others during the week. Weve had 1 slightly low offer but got more viewings booked.

@jessstan2

I spoke about my Norfolk flat in my previous post, below the op's.

The estate agents telephoned me today and asked if I would be prepared to let it, furnished, on a six month contract; they will organise viewings, take up references, etc, and manage the tenancy for 8% and think I will get £800 a month for it. Woo hoo! I am delighted. The mortgage will be paid and I'll have the rest. That is a relief to me.

Don’t forget you’ll need to pay tax on the rental income, so not quite the rest for you unfortunately!
