Why isn’t this selling?

Any ideas? It has been on the market since July and had 1 offer which fell through. here

I live in London, and even I think that the garden is tiny! And no patio from it to the kitchen, which would be a nightmare if it's muddy!
Also the decor is nice, but a bit boring iyswim. I'm a bit over houses in done in that style. We're also house hunting and so bored of that generic "nice" decor which everyone seems to have done.

Way overpriced for the area

I thought the photographs are artsy-fartsy and don't give a very good view of the rooms. Glad to read that a previous poster thought the same.

The photographer seems to be obsessed with the cupboard under the stairs. Weird. And why is the kitchen tap running? One of the bathroom taps too. Is this a 'thing' in England?

I'll shut up now.

Lots of pictures of the same things. Arty farty close ups of nothing.
Only one bedroom photograph needs all bedrooms photographed.
Pictures of kitchen unsure where you will put dinning table. Looks like little room by patio doors or along wall. Perspective not great.

Overpriced and over sized for the plot.

Honestly buy something else

I'll echo what others have said. I think the kitchen is hideous, the garden is small and overlooked. It's way overpriced because they're trying to recoup the cost of those pointless doors. Do not waste your money.

I’d look around the East Finchley Tube. Still south of the N Circular and one tube stop up from Highgate. Similar houses, nicer area.

It might also be that if you try to view this from a phone you get asked to sign up with the estate agents before seeing even the pictures with no way of saying no to stop getting bombarded with spam emails. I for one would click away from the site if I was just looking

Agree with slalum about the e mail thing. Isn't this just driving e mail addresses to the site?

Campurp In view of the comments you've had, and most people saying how small the garden is, I'd rip up the lawn, lay paving and put in some colourful pots. I'd also lower the price by 50K and have some less arty-farty pics taken then remarket it perhaps with another agent as Winkworth has had it for so long now.
