Just who in their right mind thinks it's funny or clever to write estate agent blurb in the first person as though it were the house itself writing? Just been browsing houses in an area we are thinking of moving to, cannot get beyond the first line it's so twee! Reminds me of round robin Christmas letters written as though from the family pet, but 10 times worse!

I think it's an awfully cringe description and yes, it would put me off. The house isn't all that to me either .. It says it's detached but looks joined to another house to me? Might just be a weird angle.

Plumber’s phone rings, oh it’s Annette and Dave, they want me to come and move all their radiators to go infront of all of their fireplaces. This actually happened!

The Annette and Dave house has been used as a bed sit surely? I can see 3 separate semi-self contained apartment layouts there. Anywya, it is awful and totally over priced given you would need at least 100k probably more like 200k to make into a nice family house.

Can't even force myself to read beyond the first lines of these, it's dreadful. Clearly this marketing trick doesn't work for everyone.
