Please can I see your hallway flooring?

I'm really stuck for hallway flooring ideas. Pinterest is full of very grand hallways, whereas we live in a pretty typical 1980s 4 bed with a reasonably sized, but certainly not massive, entranceway. I also feel like I've never noticed what anyone has in their hallways in similar houses! We have a wooden floor in the kitchen (oak)so are looking for something different. Could go for tiles, vinyl or karndean type material, it's more the design I'm searching for inspiration for. Walls will be pale grey.

So, would anyone be kind enough to share a photo of their hallway?! Thanks so much in advance.

Just had Kardean in all the ground floor (apart from conservatory) love love love it. Photo makes it look bit lighter than it is.

My wife and I don't have a hallway now as our door is right into the kitchen. Previously we had terracotta tiles in the hallway and kitchen. Virtually indestructible. Warm colour and as they were clay and not concrete were warmer to walk on barefoot. If we own our own home I'll deffo go back to them again

I have deep red small quarry tiles. They will last forever and are so easily cleaned. The living and dining room are a fine herringbone parquet. Both are original to the house when it was built 80 years ago and that will outlive me too.

Almost identical. I think they are also terracotta which gives them the colour. Nice tiles and the decour is ok lol don't worry

I am doing my hall on a very tight budget so I'm currently in the middle of laying down vinyl tiles in my new place
