Property on RightMove with all the photos featuring people

I like the house and I think they have gone for a lifestyle approach by featuring what is possibly the family in the photos, not looking at the camera but very obviously staged. Not sure it really gives me a feel of the house - I've not seen the approach before.

I feel it is beautiful but overpriced.

Thoughts?

HeyDolly My immediate reaction on seeing they are trying not to show the rooms properly is that they have something to hide. If their intention is to make the advert ambiguous, it's highly likely that seeing it in the flesh would be underwhelming, so why bother with a waste-of-time viewing?

I want to see the property I’m not buying the current owner’s bucket or lamp.
I’d like more idea of ceiling height, windows etc.
It’s too editorial for me, i think you need to find a balance.

The agent is based in Warwickshire so I’d definitely question the valuation.

It reminds me of an Ikea catalogue. It looks lovely though.

SwedishEdith · 14/07/2018 20:42

I'd definitely want to view it so it works for me as a sales strategy. But I can't see any room dimensions or quite work out the sofa arrangement with the internal bi-folding doors.

Pretty much everything is from IKEA.

Nah... they could have at least taken one of Dad sweating on that bench in the gym.
