Not a million miles from me you can pay that for a one bed newbuild flat with nowhere to put anything - and ruinous service charges on top.

That's hilarious! The poor owners probably think it's because they are so stylish hopefully they don't read this thread! I've sent it to a few friends too

I've just had another look at it. I don't think it's necessarily been done cheaply, I just think the owners are lacking in taste, so it looks cheap. The kitchen is definitely terribly designed; why is the island at least 2m from the other units? Very odd. Most of the rooms give me a headache (especially the master ensuite) and am I the only one that finds the single bed with the travel cot next to it slightly weird?

Even the DM link refers to the stairs going up 3 levels rather than the soft play in the photo 🤣
