Neff Combi Oven / Microwave

I'm looking at getting some sort of Neff double oven combo for new kitchen, initially thought slide n hide plus combi microwave. However, a friend has just had one installed and doesn't recommend at all - says it needs to cool after oven use before it can be used as a mw and fiddly to use. Any experiences here?

I'm keen on it but def want to be able to blast things in mw easily.

Going to town that's why I've put mine under the slide and hide.

I think I'm going to opt for the more expensive combi (C27MS22N0B) purely because it has pyrolytic cleaning (and I want an easy life). Trouble is that prices seem to fluctuate daily. I saw one for around £970 a couple of days ago and now they're all £1.2k . That's nothing to do with sales ending - I think all online prices seem to link to each other in some way.

Alternatively I might opt for a Siemens single oven, combi and warming drawer but the thought of doing all the research again (which I've already done for Neff) makes my head hurt!

We put in a Neff slide and hide oven, and above it have the combo microwave. I love both of them, no issues with microwaving at all. I also use the combi when doing a large roast for example, for extra space.

My only recommendation would be don’t put the combi above the oven if you’re a short arse like me - when the door is open I can only just reach it and can’t really see what I’m doing. I have to stand on a stool to clean it!

I wish we’d put them side by side.

When I said difficult to clean, I meant just an everyday wipe after using the microwave, my arms can’t reach the back.

You have my sympathy researching appliances, I feel your pain.

Purposely reactivating a zombie thread as I am considering a neff slide n hide single plus a combi microwave.
But the combi looks tiny inside!
How do you get a turkey crown in that!

I have two single ovens. It's the best and I never have to worry what will fit in where. Look into telescopic shelf supports. Easier than slide and hide and great if you have a bad back.

I have this combo and am very happy. We rarely use the combo as an oven (Christmas mainly!), and it work great as a microwave the rest of the time. Looks much sleeker than an extra microwave sitting on the worktop.
