Ped the stairs are both in the hall and the bedroom. Stairs from ground floor to first floor are in the hall, stairs to the loft room are in the bedroom. OP: I thought it was perfectly clear.

Sad to say OP, if you aren't getting viewings, it's the price in 99% of cases. Looking on Rightmove (see you're on there now as well), a house in your street, also 3 beds albeit slightly smaller rooms, not so good décor, downstairs bathroom but much bigger garden) went for £87K in March. That's a big difference from your's, especially as your EPC is so low and many people will want to redecorate to less vibrant colours so it isn't as if people won't be adding in what they'll need to spend when they move in.

I think you're going to have to reduce the price. You could try marketing at £125K or even £120K. Rightmove price boundaries are 120, 125 and 130 so with your current price, you'll only get people who can afford to pay up to 130K. Drop down to £125K and you'll pick up more viewers online.

Declutter the living room and get rid of some of the bookcases to make it look bigger.
Paint the pink kitchen and green bathroom. It's too dark and the colour will put people off.

How's it going op?

Sorry if I'm repeating what others have said. You need new photos. The outside photo should be just your house and the side alley to show rear access. Not the other houses in the street, it makes it look like a very steep hill and not very appealing.
Photo 2 - if you're having a photo of the wood burner, close the top lid and do not include the books to the side, chop the photo a bit.
Photo 3 - this is okay but it might be better if you could borrow a small bistro table.
Photo 4 - mantlepiece, just place the clock centrally and remove other items. Remove bin to right of fire place, remove throw, remove magazine rack, remove speaker to side of television.
Photo 5 - remove dresser(s) and take all the stickers/magnets off the fridge. remove mirror from wall.
Photo 7 - paint in neutral colours and get rid of the clutter. Also, what looks like anash tray on the kitchen table would have me worrying about smell.
Photo 9 - make the beds properly with the pillows showing, and iron the cover. It helps to take photos on your phone so you can see what things are going to look like in the agent's photos.
Photo 10 - clear noticeboard.
Photo 12 - neutral paint needed.
Photo 13 - what is that all about? Why did your agent include a photo of your loft? I know there's a velux and therefore potential but unless it's a proper room, leave it out.

Then when you've done all that, drop the price. It's better to have several people viewing it, liking it, and then trying to outbid each other, than not have any viewers at all.

The house itself is nice, I've just looked on streetview and it looks to be at the top of a very steep hill.

This would definately be a no from me, it looks like it would be a nightmare in icy weather.
Also the back street/ginnel looks rough.

I think it looks lovely and NOT cluttered to me.
If you could do one thing I'd repaint the kitchen in a light colour, perhaps white.
I like it how you have it but in general buyers seem to like light and neutral.

Apart from that perhaps it is just the market is slow in your area.
