2 plans for a kitchen - which is better?

They are on my profile 2 floorplans and 4 views of each

DH would like to watch telly while washing up - I don't like to wash up so I'm in the mood to appease him

But the other one is better isn't it?

Can you improve either at all? Do I have to go conventional?

Help me please?

Mind you he washes up 8-12 for breakfast 12-18 for lunch & 8-12 for tea often enough - even with a dishwasher that takes some time

In MY NEW kitchen it will only ever be 3

hee hee

why are you bothering with a dishwasher?

I like this plan. whenever you get round to replacing the kitchen table I would get a round one though and put it more in the middle.

the only thing is - do you have enough surface space?

EverybodysSnowyEyed · 09/02/2012 22:24

wow - well that explains why he wants to watch tv!

Not sure

The microwave/food processor/breadmaker & kenwood should all be in the garage bit

There will be 2 draining boards either side of the sink......maybe trays? We might be short

there are only 3 of you in this kitchen - one draining rack should be enough!!!

my aunt has a single sink and raves about these

I think the ikea gadget will make it possible for you to have more workspace.

Please post when the kitchen is done, you have put a lot into it, I hope you enjoy your new kitchen.

Everyone has put loads in too - it could be ages until the building work is done....so I could be a pain for a while
