I have to be honest HF have been amazing. We've not had a bad box or anything missing (fingers crossed for tomorrow) I really like it.

We used Hello Fresh for several months. We (mostly) loved the food and found the portions very generous. However, we encountered several of the problems highlighted on this thread - box left in someone else's garden (and opened by surprised neighbour), box so late in being sent that they had to cancel it as the food was no longer fresh, and, most annoyingly of all, several boxes sent with key ingredients missing. (Difficult to make glazed duck without the duck!) After this had happened three times, we gave up.
