As title says, is there a set time? Or are all councils different? This is all new to be an I am very eager and anxious to know !

I'm going to try and log into online portal at midnight 😅 but I think I'll be getting my hopes up by doing this

I don't think posters do know this, using the wrong terminology breeds entitlement and leads to appeals just because people don't like the outcome.

when people say "our portal" - are there council specific ones?
is it not just the https://www.eadmissions.org.uk/ website?
ours simply says:

[Child name]
[DoB][Post Code]
Reception application to [x Council]
Submitted
Application reference: [xxx]

eAdmissions

Worcestershire council were on the ball, email came through at 00:11 this morning.
Got our first choice, would have been shocked if we hadn’t as DS lives in catchment and has a sibling attending.

@punjama

Yes, I think they're LA specific.

eadmissions had our results for Croydon on 5pm on the dot just now. got 2nd choice but super happy as 1st choice was crapshoot tbh super tiny catchment.
