Hannah I'm in the same position as you at the moment. Moment of madness with my ex who is the father of my child and I've fallen pregnant.

There is no way I can go ahead with it so I have booked in on Friday but it will be midweek next week when I get the pills.

I really hope it goes ok for you Thanks

@hannahbellaa I haven't had the pill abortion but last year I had surgical one and I was expecting to be in pain afterwards but I didn't feel a thing. My bits didn't even hurt but I did feel like the kind of feeling you would get from the clamp keeping your bits open (if that makes sense) I think mentally it takes longer to go though with x

I only experienced mild cramping which was barely noticeable and the cramps were few and far in between.
I was also 7 weeks.
It was so minimal (the pain) that I was worrying the tablets hadn't been inserted up far enough or were defective. But they worked.
