Please tell me how to calm down before I kill someone!!!!!

At almost 6 weeks pg I am having severe 'pmt' type moods. If dp comes home this afternoon from work I might just kill him. I had this before with my other pregnancies and it let to some very scary arguments. I want to try and avoid that but my blood is boiling!!

Is there anything i can take to chill me out???

Oh Swiperfox, I know how you are feeling. I've just had about 16 weeks of being an absolute, nightmare, bitch from hell.

Not sure what to suggest, as different things work for different people; try to avoid everyone when you feel like it, eat chocolate, hide under a duvet, go to the seaside and run into the sea, scream (to yourself, not at someone!).

Good luck, it will pass in time.

I think we should start a dadsnet to see what planet they're on

mine does f all round the house at the mo and I'm avoiding addressing it simply because I'm sure once I start it will explode

He did!!! That stuff is amazing!!!
I did all the rest of the washing up and didn't even mention the egg!!!! Any other day he'd have been lynched

right I am off the the chemist at lunchtime!
dp did cook last night and I went out for a hour to see friends so a bit less anyway, but I need some in the cupboard cos it can't last!
