We are expecting our first baby in the next few weeks, and wanted to know what is best for the baby to sleep in?
Our doctor said that it's best if baby sleeps in our room for the first few months, but our bedroom is too small for the cotbed (which is in the nursery)
We looked at Moses baskets, but my sister said that they are not very good.
When I looked on the internet I have seen buggy carrycots which we will probably get as we are getting a Quinny Buzz - are these safe to use as a baby bed?
I also saw Shnuggle www.shnuggle.com which is like a car carrycot, but for use in the home. It says is better than a Moses bakset - has anyone used one of these?
We looked at the swinging cribs, which look lovely - but are quite expensive and cant move it downstairs easily!
I also found a lovely looking baby hammock www.babyhammocks.com/ which look lovely - but are they safe for a baby to sleep in long term? I'd be worried about curved backs!
HELP! As we don't know what to do....
