Ok,ok i know it should be simple but its not!
this is a really hard choice now that driving and need more of a buggy to tick the boxes!
*Forward facing - can remove car seat to put on seperate system if needed - max 2 hrs!
*carrycot that goes on buggy nice and easy no fuss!

  • folds up small to fit in 7 seater volvo for family trips out!
  • long wearing, no huge wheels that need to be removed!

Ahhhhh am i asking to much! maybe i should design my own dont think it will be ready in time for my baby though!

combi of several buggys to make 1 perfect flawless buggy!

Am i alone, am i over thinking it, should i decide and stick to a choice and dont look back?

Personally I am not keen on pushchairs where you have to have a carrycot to make it suitable from birth. Firsty, even though babies can sleep perfectly well in a more sitting up position I know I am more comfortable if I can sleep in the most reclined position as possible, so I want the same for my baby. Secondly if you are short on boot space it's an extra thing to take up the limited room you already have.

Sorry am I being thick? How can the chair lie totally horizontal if it is a fixed chair shape. Surely the back rest can lie horizontal but the the part where their bottom and legs go sticks up in the air?

There is one good thing about the Stokke though - you don't need to buy a highchair. My friend has it and she bought some second hand covers on ebay which she puts on for when it is used as a highchair to save her normal covers getting dirty and then every so often puts them in the wash.

Oh one thing to think about is that when it's in forward facing mode I think it only has the sitting up position and the middle position. The fully reclined position can only be used when in rear facing mode.
